MedSpa Gift Cards

Gift card must present this card to receive services and make purchases
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced
Gift cards are good for 12 months after the purchase date
Special promotional offers may have expiration dates which are exclusive to the promotion

Retreat Packages
All retreats must be pre-paid on the date of your apppoitnemt booking. 
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of appointment.  If the cancellation deadline is not met, retreat value will be made at 50% less the original value. 


MedSpa Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment a 24 hour notice must be given to avoid an additional $25.00 cancellation fee.

Please understand that childcare services are not available. 
If child care is unavailable to you, please understand that we do not offer child care services so it would be best to reschedule your appointment to another day and time.

MedSpa, Inc reserves the privacy of visitors to our site. Please read this Online Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand our privacy practices relating to information we gather through this Web site.
The information gathered by MedSpa, Inc. generally falls into two categories: (1) information supplied by visitors to the site when they register or initiate transactions, and (2) tracking information gathered as visitors navigate through the MedSpa, Inc. site.

If you provide us your email address we will use your email address to answer any email you send us, or to follow up on your visit to Medspa, Inc.  Such follow-ups may include inquiries on transactions or submissions of information that appear incomplete.

MedSpa, Inc. does not track your visits via cookies, however; our Web server automatically collects your IP address when you request pages from our server. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you.
